Last updated July 30, 2026. This policy explains how Unified Integration collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or contact us.
When you fill out our contact form or estimate tool, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, address, and any details about your project. We also collect standard analytics data automatically, described below.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, general location, and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address as part of that service. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally or build a marketing profile tied to your name. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Our contact form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit a message, your information is transmitted through Formspree's servers to reach us. Formspree has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data. We encourage you to review it at formspree.io.
The information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or maintain our business relationship. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@unifiedintegrationpa.com.
Our internal CRM connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API to sync our own customer, invoice, and payment records into our own QuickBooks company for accounting purposes. This connection is for Unified Integration's internal business use only — it is not a public or multi-tenant app, and no other business's QuickBooks data is accessed through it. Data flows from our internal systems into our own QuickBooks account; it is not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party. The connection can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Connected Apps) or by contacting us.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, please reach out at info@unifiedintegrationpa.com.
