Willow Street is one of the closest suburban communities to Lancaster City — straddling the Lancaster Township and Pequea Township border along PA-272. The area has grown substantially over the past two decades with a mix of established neighborhoods and newer developments in Penn Township to the south.
Homes here are predominantly 1980s–2000s construction, which means solid electrical infrastructure and generally straightforward smart home installs. It’s also close enough that we can be back for any follow-up in under 15 minutes. We also serve the full Route 272 corridor south toward Quarryville.
