Six things that make a
real difference for congregations.

Sanctuary PA System Upgrade
Modern DSP amplifiers, strategic speaker placement, and wireless microphone systems that actually work in reverberant sanctuaries. We improve speech intelligibility without tearing anything apart.
Live-Streaming Setup
PTZ cameras, capture hardware, and streaming software so homebound members and family across the country can worship with you. Works with YouTube Live, Facebook, or your own platform.
Parking Lot & Campus Cameras
Local NVR camera systems with no monthly fee. Coverage for parking areas, entrances, childcare hallways, and fellowship halls. Footage is stored on-site and viewable from any smartphone.
Smart Access Control
Keypad smart locks for staff, volunteers, and weekday program access. Assign time-restricted PIN codes — a food pantry volunteer gets access Monday mornings only. No keys to rekey when someone leaves.
Fellowship Hall & Lobby Audio
Background music and announcement audio for fellowship halls, lobbies, and common areas. Clean ceiling speaker installs with simple volume controls — no technical knowledge required to operate.
Outdoor Speakers for Summer Services
Weatherproof outdoor speakers for lawn services, memorial services, and outdoor events. Hardwired for reliability, with volume control inside. We run conduit cleanly and patch everything when done.

Lancaster County churches are different.

Many congregations here meet in buildings that were never designed for modern sound reinforcement. Plaster walls, hard wood floors, high vaulted ceilings — they create reverb that makes the spoken word muddy and exhausting to follow.

Large church AV vendors often quote systems sized for mega-churches. We've worked in small chapels, historic Mennonite meetinghouses, mid-size evangelical churches, and Catholic parishes across Lancaster County. We understand the acoustic challenges specific to these buildings.

We're also familiar with the budget realities of a congregation-funded operation. We'll tell you what will make the most meaningful difference first, so you're not overspending on equipment that won't matter in your space.

Common problems we fix
Members in the back can't understand the pastor
Wireless microphones that cut in and out
Homebound members have no way to participate
No visibility on who's entering the building during weekday programs
Staff have to hand out physical keys for volunteer access
No outdoor audio for lawn services or outdoor events
Children's wing has no cameras for parent reassurance

What congregations ask us.

Can you upgrade the sound system in an older sanctuary?
Yes — this is one of the most common requests we get from Lancaster County churches. Older sanctuaries with plaster walls, high ceilings, or hard surfaces are acoustically challenging, but modern DSP (digital signal processing) equipment can dramatically improve intelligibility without a full renovation. We assess your space, identify the problem, and recommend equipment and speaker placement that works within your existing architecture.
What does it cost to add live streaming to a church?
A basic setup — one PTZ camera, a capture card, and streaming hardware — typically runs $1,500–$3,500 installed depending on your existing equipment and internet connection. Multi-camera setups with switching run higher. We're upfront about costs during our free in-person assessment and won't surprise you after the fact.
Can you install cameras to monitor the parking lot?
Yes. We install local NVR camera systems with no monthly subscription. Footage is stored on-site and viewable remotely by authorized staff on a phone or computer. We can cover parking lots, entrances, hallways, and childcare areas with wired or wireless cameras depending on your building layout.
How do you handle door access for weekday programs?
We install smart locks (Schlage Encode, Yale, or similar) that let you create PIN codes for different staff members and programs. Codes can be time-restricted — a food pantry volunteer might only have access Monday and Wednesday mornings. No keys to track, and access can be revoked instantly from a phone app without touching the lock.
Do you work with smaller congregations, not just large churches?
Absolutely. Many of our church clients are smaller congregations meeting in older buildings who simply want better sound intelligibility and safer facilities. You don't need a large budget to make a meaningful improvement. We work with churches and houses of worship of all sizes across Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Cumberland counties.

We don’t quote church AV over the phone. Every sanctuary is different. Let us walk through your building, listen to your concerns, and come back with specific recommendations and honest pricing.
