What We Install

Everything your stream needs,
nothing you don't

We handle the camera, the audio, the platform, and the setup — so your team just presses one button on Sunday morning.

PTZ Camera Installation

Pan-tilt-zoom cameras mounted at the back of the sanctuary. Control the shot from the sound booth with a tablet, or preset it to a wide shot and let it run unattended.

Clean Audio from Your Board

We pull a direct feed from your existing soundboard into the stream — not the room microphone. Your congregation at home hears the same clear, mixed audio as the people in the pews.

YouTube & Facebook Live

Stream to your church's YouTube channel, Facebook page, or both at the same time — free. Services are automatically saved and archived so members can rewatch on their own schedule.

Multi-Camera Switching

Add a second or third camera — a close-up on the pulpit, a wide shot of the choir, a baptistry camera — and switch between them live for a broadcast-quality service your remote members will notice.

Dedicated Streaming PC

A streaming computer running OBS or Vmix handles encoding and sending the signal to the platform. We set it up, configure the scenes, and leave your team with a one-button workflow.

On-Screen Graphics

Lower-third name plates for speakers and guests, sermon title cards, song lyrics on screen. We set up graphic templates your team can update week to week without any video editing experience.

FAQ

What churches ask us
before they say yes

Do we need a fast internet connection to live stream?
For a single-camera stream at 1080p, you need a reliable upload speed of at least 5–10 Mbps. Most Lancaster County business internet connections handle this fine. We test your connection during the assessment and will tell you upfront if an upgrade is needed. We can also configure the stream to automatically adjust quality based on available bandwidth.
Can you work with our existing sound system?
Yes — in most cases we take a direct feed from your existing mixer or soundboard into the streaming computer. This gives the stream clean, board-mixed audio rather than the room sound captured by a camera microphone. If your current mixer doesn't have a direct output, we can add a simple interface that doesn't change how your existing system works.
Does someone need to operate the camera during every service?
Not necessarily. PTZ cameras can be controlled remotely from a tablet or preset to fixed positions — so a single volunteer can manage the shot from the sound booth, or you can lock the camera on a wide shot and let it run unattended. We program the presets and positions before we leave so your team isn't figuring it out Sunday morning.
What platform should we stream to?
YouTube is our top recommendation for most churches — it's free, your congregation likely already has accounts, and videos are automatically archived for members to rewatch. Facebook Live is a strong second if your congregation is more active there. We can stream to both simultaneously at no extra cost. If you have a church website and want an embedded player, we can set that up too.
How much does church live streaming cost?
A basic single-camera setup with audio integration runs $1,500–$2,500 installed. A two-camera setup with a switcher runs $3,000–$5,500. Full multi-camera broadcast setups run $6,000–$12,000. We give you an itemized quote after the free in-person assessment — no surprises.
Do you service what you install?
Yes. We're local to Lancaster County, so if something stops working before a Sunday service, you can reach us directly. We also offer a monthly support plan for churches that want priority scheduling and remote troubleshooting included.
Do you fly PA speakers or handle extreme/long cable runs yourselves?
For structural rigging — flying PA or line-array speakers, camera mounts, or other equipment from trusses or ceilings — and extreme or long-distance cable runs, we bring in a licensed third-party rigging or electrical partner as part of the project. We manage the coordination and integration, but that specialized structural or electrical work itself is subcontracted for safety and code compliance.
