Why This Exists

Most clients don't call a smart home installer directly — they ask the person already on-site, mid-project. If that's you, you need someone who shows up when scheduled, quotes straight, and doesn't try to walk off with your client relationship. That's the whole model here: we do the low-voltage, smart home, and AV scope, and everything else about the project — your brand, your invoice, your client — stays yours.

Who We Partner With

Built for the trades and
professionals already in the room

General Contractors & Builders

New construction, additions, and whole-house renovations. We coordinate rough-in with your framing schedule and trim-out after drywall — one line item on your project, not a separate headache.

Electricians

We don't touch panel work or licensed electrical trade work — and we don't compete for it. When a client asks for smart switches, structured wiring, or AV beyond your scope, hand it to us and stay the electrician of record.

Realtors & Real Estate Agents

Pre-listing smart home upgrades for resale value, or post-close installs for new buyers. A fast, clean referral that makes you look good on both sides of the transaction.

Interior Designers & Design-Build Firms

In-ceiling speakers, hidden wiring, lighting control, and motorized shades that don't fight your design. We work from your spec and keep the install invisible.

Property Managers

Smart locks, WiFi, and camera systems across rental portfolios or commercial buildings. One vendor, consistent pricing, and a single point of contact instead of managing several installers.

Remodeling & Renovation Contractors

Kitchen, basement, and outdoor living renovations that need audio, networking, or automation folded in. We scope alongside your existing plan, not on top of it.

How It Works

Four steps, and you're
never chasing us for updates

1. Introduce the Project

Send us the scope, timeline, and site details — a quick email or the form below is enough to start.

2. We Scope & Quote Directly

We give you or the client a straight number, in writing, before anything is scheduled. No surprise change orders.

3. We Execute On Your Timeline

Rough-in aligns with framing, trim-out aligns with your punch list. We show up when we say we will.

4. You Stay in the Loop

Bill you or the homeowner directly — your choice, agreed before day one. The client's takeaway is that you brought in a pro.

What we handle —
and what we hand off

  • Structured wiring & low-voltage cabling
  • Home theater & whole-home audio
  • Smart home & automation systems
  • WiFi & network infrastructure
  • Security cameras & smart lock integration
  • Lighting control & motorized shades
We Coordinate a Licensed Partner For

  • Any licensed electrical trade work

We manage the coordination but don't perform this work ourselves — same boundary that keeps us out of your lane.

Why Partner With Us

Built to make you look good,
not to compete with you

We Stay In Our Lane

No general contracting, no electrical trade work, no franchise upsell script. We do smart home, AV, and low-voltage — full stop.

One Local Crew

Not a franchise, not a call center dispatching a rotating cast of installers. The same crew scopes the job and shows up to do it.

Flexible Billing

Invoice you as a sub, or invoice the homeowner directly — whichever keeps your books and your margin structure clean.

We Protect the Client Relationship

No cold-calling your client after the job, no pitching services outside our scope. You brought us in — we respect that.

Referral-Friendly

Send work our way even when you're not on the project — we offer a referral thank-you for qualifying jobs.

Residential & Commercial

Homes, churches, restaurants, offices, retail — the only work we don't take is government contracts.

Questions

Common questions from
contractors & trade partners

Do you take over projects or compete with general contractors?
No. We stay in our lane: low-voltage wiring, smart home, AV, and networking. We don't offer general contracting, framing, drywall, or any trade that competes with the partner who brought us in. Your client relationship stays yours — we're the specialist you call in for the systems that need one.
Do you handle electrical panel work or licensed electrical trade work?
No — we're not licensed for panel upgrades, circuit work, or other licensed electrical trade work, and we don't take it on. For projects that need it, we coordinate directly with your electrician or bring in a licensed third-party partner for that piece specifically. We handle the low-voltage side: structured wiring, speaker wire, network cable, security wiring, and smart device installation.
How does billing work when I bring you in on a project?
Either way works. We can bill you directly as a subcontractor on your invoice, or bill the homeowner directly if you'd rather keep it off your books. We'll agree on which before the first visit so there's no confusion at project close.
Do you offer a referral fee for sending business our way?
Yes — for qualifying projects we offer a referral thank-you to GCs, electricians, realtors, and other trade partners who send us work, even if you're not involved in the project itself. Reach out and we'll walk through the specifics for your situation.
How fast do you respond to a partner-referred project?
We treat partner referrals as priority — you're vouching for us to your client, and we don't want that to go sideways from slow response. Expect a same-day or next-business-day reply, and we'll work around your build or renovation schedule rather than asking you to work around ours.
Do you only work on residential projects?
No — we take both residential and commercial work: churches, restaurants, offices, conference rooms, retail, and small business. The only project type we don't take is government work. If you're a commercial GC or property manager, we're set up to scope and quote that work directly.
