We install, wire, program, and integrate Nest thermostats across Lancaster County. Your schedule, your geofencing, your voice commands — set up the right way before we leave.
Not just hanging it on the wall. Every Nest install includes full setup so it actually works as advertised.
We assess your existing thermostat wiring, identify whether you have a C-wire, and determine the correct Nest model for your system. No surprises mid-install.
We set up your initial temperature schedule based on your daily routine so Nest has a starting point. The learning kicks in from day one with accurate baseline data.
We configure geofencing so Nest automatically sets an eco temperature when everyone leaves and returns to comfort before you're home. The biggest energy saver on the device.
We connect Nest to your Google Home or Alexa account and confirm voice control works on every device in your home. Your phone app is configured and tested before we leave.
If you have smart lighting, security cameras, or a whole-home system, we connect your Nest thermostat so it works with your scenes. Away mode triggers everything at once.
We don’t leave until you’re comfortable using it. We walk you through the app, the display, voice commands, and how to read your energy history. No manual reading required.
We install all current Nest models and help you pick the right one before ordering — no guesswork.
The flagship. Learns your schedule automatically over 1–2 weeks. Stainless steel display, multi-stage heat/cool, humidity sensing, time-to-temp readout. Best for Lancaster homes with variable schedules or multiple occupants.
The 2020 model. Mirror display, schedule-based programming (not self-learning), Google Home integration, and Saver features for utility rebates. Best for budget-conscious installs that still want app control and geofencing.
The frosted display E model. Good mid-range option if available. Lacks some advanced sensors of the Learning model but fully functional with app control and scheduling. We can source and install if requested.
Many Lancaster County homes built before 2000 don’t have a C-wire (common wire) at the thermostat location. Nest requires continuous power, and without a C-wire the device may glitch, drain, or fail to connect to WiFi. We assess your wiring before every install and either install a Nest Power Connector adapter (no new wiring required in most cases) or run a new thermostat wire where needed. We quote any additional wiring upfront — no surprises on installation day.
Straightforward pricing. Written quote before any work starts.

Most Lancaster County systems are compatible. Nest works with most 24V heating and cooling systems — forced air furnaces, heat pumps, central AC, and most boilers. We check your system type and wiring before recommending a model. The main variable is C-wire availability, which we assess and solve at install.
Labor runs $149–$199 for a standard single-zone install. Add the device ($130–$280 depending on model) and any C-wire work if needed. We give you a written quote before starting — no surprise add-ons on install day.
Nest thermostats are not natively HomeKit-compatible. They work with Google Home and Alexa out of the box, and support Matter for broader integration. If Apple HomeKit is your primary platform, we recommend Ecobee (which has native HomeKit support) — we install Ecobee as well and can advise which fits your setup better.
Yes. Multi-zone requires a separate Nest per zone, each wired to its zone controller or damper. We've done 2–4 zone installs across Lancaster County. We assess your existing zone board and wiring before quoting multi-zone jobs.
A standard single-zone install takes 1–2 hours including wiring, mounting, app setup, geofencing configuration, and walkthrough. Multi-zone or jobs requiring new C-wire runs are typically a half-day.
Yes. Nest integrates with Google Home and Alexa natively, and supports Matter for broader smart home compatibility. We configure the integration at install — including away modes that sync with your presence, and scenes that tie the thermostat to your lighting and security.
We assess your wiring, pick the right model, install it cleanly, and configure everything — geofencing, voice control, app access — before we leave. Written quote upfront, no surprises.
